What can you expert from my Toenail Cutting Service

Once we have arranged a convenient date and time for me to call, I will text or call you the day before to confirm you and your household are well and have no COVID 19 Symptoms, and that i also am well.

I take Daily Lateral Flow Tests

On the day we will go over your daily prescriptions and your general health and concerns or problems you have with your feet.

I am still wearing full PPE as recommended by my governing body, and if possible you should wear a mask also but this is not mandatory... at the moment of this blog.

I will take your temperature and do mine also in front of you and we can begin.

I will do a full inspection of your foot and then cut your toenails and give advice if needed on daily foot care you can do at home to look after your feet.
If you suffer from any corns, callous or hard skin on your heels i will also treat them.

Finish with a relaxing foot massage.

Some patients may benefit from toe supports or insoles and I will be happy to recommend the best ones for your feet.  

I am also happy to refer you to your local NHS Podiatry team via your GPs or Private Podiatry Clinics if you suffer from ingrown toenails or Verruca which need to be seen in a clinical environment.
